Hi,

what does "export" (without any parameter) say?
Are there lines like this?

declare -x PATH="/home/user/purebasic/compilers:/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/bin:/usr/bin/X11:/usr/games"

declare -x PUREBASIC_HOME="/home/user/purebasic"

I'm running Kubuntu 6.06 and all runs well.....

Seem to me that you use a mix of both install methods..

First you have:
PUREBASIC_HOME=/home/oryaaaaa/purebasic
Then why copy the purebasic folder:
root@ubuntu-desktop:~# cp -rf ~oryaaaaa/purebasic /usr/share/
You also have:
PATH=/home/oryaaaaa/purebasic/compilers
So why:
root@ubuntu-desktop:~# cp ~oryaaaaa/purebasic/compilers/pbcompiler /usr/bin/
root@ubuntu-desktop:~# cp ~oryaaaaa/purebasic/compilers/fasm /usr/bin/

Thank you for the instruction.
There is no state change.

I am using

Ubuntu Japanese Team - VMware Ubuntu 6.06
http://www.ubuntulinux.jp/News/News20060620

I request the verification of the demo version by the mailing list of Japan.
(It might not have the answer. )
