I have also found that as you become good at using PB, you also become good at using the Windows API and these libraries are not really needed.
(they are more of a convenience because they often simplify what you need to code to make an API call)

Unfortunately, it has been lot of change in the underground PB library code and some old libs doesn't work anymore. I suggest to Paul to remove the faulty lib from the site, as it's no more useful..

Older ASM libraries that are known to have problems with newer releases of PureBasic have been removed from the PB Resources Site.

Since the original authors can not be contacted for updates, there is nothing that can be done to fix them.
