PureBasic 4 is very nice indeed

Post by Dare »

The dust has settled from the Beta's and final release. There has been time for the new version to be used in solid ways.

It is very nice indeed!

Some big changes that improve things. Also lots of little things added (I'm still finding things, or ways to use things).

It is a much nicer product than 3.94 in many many ways.

Most of the feedback that Fantaisie Software gets is via bug (feature :)) reports and wishlists. I think that now may be the time to give some thanks to Fred and the team for v4.00 and let them know this release is appreciated.

So thanks! Much appreciated!

I was just going to post my own Thank You thread to Fred and the gang, because I just completed a project with PB that rocks.

So - Thanks Pure-Basic team for an excellent product, and for having the guts to charge for it so that we can insure its future existence.

If you feel the same way, please chime in.

Thanks, it's very much appreciated ;). If PB is useful to most of you, then that's the goal we want to reach. Let's continue like that !

Agreed. My first commercial app is a real mother and it is coming along very nicely thanks to PB4. (Approaching 6000 lines of code - which is good for me, I normally get bored and move on to something else!)

Without PB4 I'd be contemplating using .net and that's someting I do not want to do, at least not yet. 8) No, PB4 gives me everything I need - and more!

Thanks to Fred and the team.
I may look like a mule, but I'm not a complete ass.
