yes, but netstat is not in a window, and netstat is much more ugly.
With TCPView you can see it in a window and in realtime.

When i am talking o chatting with someone using MSNMessenger, i don't see his/her ip.
Does someone know some way to know it via MSNMessenger?

IM apps dont connect to the person you are chatting with directly. That'd never work because of firewall.s The only time they connect directly is if you are sending an image or something.
