Programmer to help with my project

I'm currently learning PureBasic, and I'm looking for someone with a lot a PureBasic knowledge to help with my current project.

Ideally I would like someone to write the code themselves with myself providing the data and program structure ideas.

The project is to analyses Horse racing cards ,allowing the user to build there own system along with inbuilt systems which I'm current successfully using to make a regular profit.

I already have access to full Race cards which I export into CSV format.I will provide more information for anyone interested, I intend to sell this program for a small fee including a montly subscription fee for race card downloads, I'm will to spilt 50/50 all monies made.
