strU() command in PureBasic 3.0?

Is the strU() command part of pb3.0 or a seperate library?

I just downloaded PB3 hoping to use some example code provided by Rings and
Tranquil which includes this command.

on this command and press F1.
The help file pops up and you´ll see that StrU()
is part of the internal String library.
