I´m writing an installation program for a little game I wrote. Now I have a question: How to pack a Directory? Not the Directory, only it´s content? Do I have to use the memory commands, or are there several tricks to use? And after I packed the memory I want to save it into ONE file, so make it ready for unpacking on another system. Thank you, merendo

You have to iterate each file and do:
allocate mem for it, read it into the mem, pack it, write the packed block to disk(One File),free mem, remember sized of packed/Unpacked File.
Sounds horrible ?
wait after easter, i will release the source for xtract., or use xtract
