Forum Time

I'm in the UK, it's ~11am but posts say ~10am. If the forum host is in France shouldn't it be ~12 midday?

doesn't this depend on your user-profile where you can set the timezone?
Good programmers don't comment their code. It was hard to write, should be hard to read.

I don't think it matters what time it is in France as the forum uses GMT as a base. So where you are is probably GMT+1. I'm at GMT-5, so my day is just starting.
