AS I am a former VB user so I am more experienced in VB than C++, that's why it was easier for me to convert from VB to PB.

That's why it's harder for me, I don't know VB or C++. :(

Sorry to say this, but the green one is awful and the above one is just bad.

I am sorry if you feel bad now because of me, but I couldn't form it another way.

:/

i must say, i find these 2 interfaces way more proffessional and slimline looking than many even proff. 250€ vst's!

edit:
I alsmost feel like those UI's are screaming for a sound :P

lol! If you want to make a VST the easy way try www.synthedit.com

And to V2, to get your mind smiling again, there's a lot (about 98%) VST's which GUI is so awful I get more and more sick when I watch them. But when looking your design, I am not sick but I get this odd feeling in my stomach :? Your design is very good, but not perfect.

Hi,

well - don't bother, I'm used to criticism and I actually really appreciate your comment as I can only get better by getting feedback. :)
Just a note for my excuse: my monitor at home sucks with colors - so they might be a bit off.
Anyway - I really hope you release your synth - I'd like to try it, no matter which GUI u got. :D

josku, please don't take offense but how old are you? Have you created other software? If so, can we see? The reason I ask, judging by your comments, avatar and sig, you seem like a 10 year old who should be on the nintendo forum. Like I said, don't take it in a bad way.

I'm 25 with a wife and 2 kids, it's the kids who got me to the early years. They are pokemon fans and they always ask me: "Daddy can we play pokemon games?" And so on, I have not made any software just doodled around and, I love Megaman X on top of everything. I am not the first adult who *is* like a 10 year guy.

And, I wanted to work for Nintendo, but they didn't have PureBasic

EDIT: Also, my english is not very good as it's not my primary language, I have just 2 dictionaries at home and I mostly learn english with my kids from their school books. They have a lot of fun with me so I always use my spare time to do something else than just being on the computer.

I know but i feel things are more "real" when you code them ground-up

Well I hope you didn't remove your avatar and sig because of my question. I was just making sure a 10 year old wasn't pulling my leg about programming a vst in PB.

Oh, I don't care much for synthedit or synthmaker myself. Better to have more control when you program it yourself. Just need to figure out how.

My favorite as well. I'm sorry to repeat myself but you're doing a really
good job! Your UIs all looked great so far and I'm kinda stunned you're
offering them here for free (as it seems).

I'm working on calibrated monitors only and the colors are absolutely ok
- at least to my eyes/liking.

Controlling the envelope with round knobs is something I'd imagine quite
"difficult" though, faders/sliders would be more appropriate IMHO.

Well, seems like josku_x doesn't like your work anyway. ;)
Good programmers don't comment their code. It was hard to write, should be hard to read.
