Hey josku, are you just not wanting to share your source (not full source, just the basics)? It is your right and I don't have a problem with it, just wondering. I'll just look into it again myself.

Simple: When I share the VST, someone just grabs it, hotlinks it in warez sites and then people will have an 'illegal' version of it. And it would be illegal because the people didn't download it from it's real home.
But as I said, if there are many users that are interested in this, I'll share the VST no matter what, but according to now, 25% of 'many users' are interested. I need 75% more or atleast 50% to ensure there is right use of the VST and not some sort of illegality.

I told you already. And, for me, if you announce a PB program here in the forum, and someone hotlinks it in a warez site and then someone downloads it from the warez site is for me illegal. Because, then everyone forgets it has been announced here.
I am only against warez sites, but it's ok if download.com or any alternative like softpedia would hotlink to the program.
