Second desktop - what's the best way to utilize it?

Post by netmaestro »

I stopped at a garage sale on Saturday and picked up a 4-month old Dell 19 inch flat CRT monitor for $20 cdn, which is around 14 euros. I took it home and set it up as a second desktop, which works well but I haven't the faintest clue how to get the most from it. What's good on it, MSDN? A wider desktop? Porn? Forum? What are people doing with theirs?

you wil need something like ultramon or multimon (multimonitor taskbar) to fully enjoy dual screen setups

i've been using dual screen setups now for the last... 8 or 9 years? and i love it :-)

i tend to use second screen for help function, browser, chat etc. and program on primary
