Debugger Tool

Some debugger tools won't activate. Specifically the stop, play, step, and the kill program functions. I read the help files and followed the steps but they won't they are not responding. The problem exist in the integrated and stand alone debuggers Please help. Thanks

Choose Debugger->Enable Debugger and they should all work.
