This was real fun. No power tools used, only a Stanley surform rasp.

Nice work.

Don't forget to show the Agincourt Archer's salute when you use it. :)

Cool. I was making bows before. I used metal rods to make it shoot harder. Me and my friends did shooting contests. As far as I remember, the longest distance an arrow flew was about 100 meters away :D. Nice work!

Very nice. I made a few bows in my younger days, i found that by curving the ends of the bow you impart a little more power when you let the arrow loose. Laminated bows are also stronger then single piece bows.

I made a few crossbows also, they are a lot of fun, the first one I made was in metal shop as a teen many years ago out of a car spring. It used a metal rod as an arrow and could hit targets about 200 yards away. It was very heavy tho and hard to aim.

This one isn't quite finished, I need to stain it and get some nice looking backing thats not duct tape ;)

But once I've made a couple more I'd gladly make one for you if you're serious.

(gotta modify the tools list: I also used a triangle and circular file for shaping the handle.)
