Bad Text on Linux IDE

The ide gtk2 version don't work properly on my linux see the screenshot , my distro is archlinux with last updates, but i have also tried on a ubuntu installation, excuse for my bad english

It is a scintilla problem i think. Try to choose another font for the text display.

Happens to me too no matter what font i choose if i'm using the gtk2 editor. Useing the gtk1 editor this doesnt happen. Been reported several times but no fix yet..

Hi,
I have the same Problem. I have tested some Linux-Systems and the
only reason I found for this problem is the version of GTK2. I have got
the error only with newer versions.
Under Slackware 10.1 it works fine, under 10.2 not.

I use the gtk-ide with the gtk2-subsystem under Slack-10.2.

(I hope someone understand my english...)

I have tried all my fonts and no difference (the font is different of course, but still problems).
