What I got for my Birthday

Post by Lyon »

My Birthday was back in January. This is what my wife bought me. I has really preoccupied a lot of my time. It is made out of Cedar and is in the key of "G". It has a gorgeous tone.

 What does it sound like? Any instrument I can compare it to?
I compile using 5.31 (x86) on Win 7 Ultimate (64-bit).

I should have noted that it is a hand made Native American Flute. Here is a short sample MP3 of how it sounds. MP3 is zipped and is 85kb

I bought a flute back a couple years and it's in "B". It cost about $100 (USD) and sounds nice. They did not have anything deeper sounding, so I caved in on the "B".

But, it's fun to goof with.
