Alpha supported ?

Everything else that doesn't fall into one of the other PB categories.

Ok, SO :
- it does NOT work with Point/Plot (don't know which one is faulty, haven't checked)
- it does work with DrawAlphaImage
- it does work with GetDibits()

Now, how can I know if Purebasic loaded alpha or not ? It would be nice to have a function like AlphaInImage(ImageId) which returns True or False :)
