After installing PB4-beta4 I get an error message I didn't get with the earlier PB4's:

The compiler isn't loaded yet... please try again.

Re-installing 4.0/beta4 didn't resolve the issue. I did not install over 3.9x version, but I did install over the old 4.0.

What went wrong here?

Hmm I don't konw but I know that the best is to always install into an empty folder...
