hi,
as a new user it's difficult to find the right articles in the forum because pb3 and pb4 entries are mixed totally. But because of the different behaviour of the two versions most of the V3 things are not relevant for the new version.

Is it possible to create different topics for v3 and v4 subjects in the forum?

Not really, all new posts will be for v4 soon anyway, and you'll just have to convert old v3 code yourself.
