question of rights: purebasic merchandising legal?

Hi all , this question is mainly turned to fred : can i create some stuff about purebasic and sell them ? Or which rights do i have to do so ?

Better do it in private yes

. The short answer is 'no you can not' because PureBasic is a registered trademark, which means you can't use it where you want without having our permission first.

As long it's still for PureBasic and not another langage it should be ok.
