CreateDialogParam_
PB Seems to have this function, but when I pass it all valid parameters, I get back null for a handle. Can't find anything on a search. Any pointers wold be appreciated. The dll was created with Pelles from an .rc that PB chokes on and loads back fine into Pelles in dll form so I'm assuming it's not the problem.
