That's from the dll2pblib tool found on Purearea.net. It is excellent.

W and A functions have to do with the wonderfull world of UniCode...

What a pain, but now that I have that dll2pblib program it's a snap. Alas, there's so much already built in to PB that I may not have to use them at all. I'm still getting used this and shedding ring rust.
