What Does PB v4 Mean?

Is it a secret what the changes coming with PB v4 are? I know it hasn't been released yet. I was just wondering what has changed. Or is it all meant to be a surprise?

Some things have been confirmed by Fred on the forums/irc but a large amount is unknown to us normal users.

It has alot of anticipation obviously, as certain limitations are supposed to be removed and many more data types added such as unsigned variables and doubles, updated 3d library (hopefully), and with any luck at some point have the linux, mac, and windows versions be synced up.

(linux 3.94 for example still lacks features that windows 3.94 has)

Hmm that's pretty vague. I guess we'll have to wait and see then.
