Only got the one that came with it, direct from PPC to USB port.
I compile using 5.31 (x86) on Win 7 Ultimate (64-bit).

Windows 2000 SP 4 should have native support for USB 2.0.

Go into Control Panel -> System -> Device Management -> Universal Serial Bus Controller. Check if there are just "ordinary" or if there is an "Enhanced" controller. If there is only ordinary, you've got a problem.

If the card came with a driver CD, install the driver. If not, check if the manufacturer has a driver. (Google it)

There's lot of entries, including "USB 2.0 Root Hub" and "VIA PCI to USB
Enhanced Host Controller".

Of course I've installed the driver. :)

The device you're transferring from simply can't cope with the speed of your USB 2.0 card then.
