Maybe a bit late, but I didn't get email notified when 3.10 is out.
However this is of course a Great Release.

I'm upgraded from V2.60, I don't know what to keep or erase(those html help, libraries..etc).
Could you generate a Valid File List that V3.10 actually uses?
