You can do this to delete a key (it will remove all values under the key)
If there are sub keys, they must be removed first.
If RegDeleteKey_(#HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE,"Software\Zone Labs\MiniLog")
MessageRequester("Done","Key has been Deleted,0)
EndIf
(If you use zone alarm, don't run this... this is just an example)

I don't see a way to delete a Registry Key;
only to Read or Write keys...
