Australia. Group F

Code: Select all

History:

          P W D L Last game
Brazil 6 1 1 4 1-0 WIN 2001 :)
Croatia 4 2 1 1 0-7 Loss 1998 :(
Japan 14 5 4 5 0-1 Loss, 2001
We have a chance. :)

We can beat Brazil. Fortune smile upon us.

We owe Croatia a drubbing.

Our turn to win against Japan.

Interesting -v- Croatia as many Aussie players have Croatian roots and some Croatian players have Aussie connections.

:D

So, who takes the cup?

My guess:

Brazil -or- Nederlands. Finals or semi-finals decider.

Dutch win. Brazil have won too many times already, greedy so-and-sos.

Semi-final if Nederlands 2nd to Argentina in C, or Brazil is second to Australia :D in group F.

PS:
Australia can take Croatia. 1998 Croatian team was better than current Croatian, and current Aussie Team is on fire.

Australia can take Japan.

Australia has taken Brazil (once) and can do it again! Fortune smile on us.

Sorry, soccer is not my game... I couldn't care less which team goes home early or which teams play the final game....
Now if we were talking America's Cup...
