I enjoyed it, and it didn't get deleted from my HD when I had finished listening to it.

Nice tune! I also like Tranc-Music and so I created also a track some month ago. It is my first tune created with a PC (done some tunes on good old amiga).

I used: Renoise, Reason and some VST plugins. All samples, expect the famel voice which is from an AKAI sampling CD, are created by myselfe.

You can listen here:

http://home.arcor.de/mike_delling/preview.mp3

And also there is a Trance stream online (128 kbit mp3) on:
http://divx-station.dyndns.org:8000/listen.pls

Atm only 5 Slots available but more to come next year. (Waiting for my Shoutcast Server)

Maybe more track from other producers to come here!? :-)

I like it quite! Im also interested in making such harder trance music. Its nice!
My own was an attemp to do some "ambient?" slow, sad trance without much hapiness.

Your track is more like happy trance, wich i like! If i were to remix it i would make the bass a bit lower though im not getting my table shaking quite the way i like it :P

However its nice! But add one more bass, a DEEP one that travels of the aftershock after the kick. Cut of all the high frequenzies in it to have it!

edit: you have a quite nice one in the start. but it sounds like its missing at the nice part with the new lead at around 40%. You got one but its not deep enough! You need at add it while the drums are on too.

thats just my opinion though, but its real nice!

Thx for your suggestions TheFool.

I know the bassline, expect the Saw-Lowpass line, is a little bit to loud and the compressor is set very hard to the beat.

I also agree to you the the climax in this track, but while produceing I had a ressource problem with my CPU. It doent bring enough power for more VST instruments. It was very funny, I needed to overclock my 2.6 Ghz HP Pentium IV to 2.8 Ghz for errorfree playback. :)

What program do you use for composeing / tracking? Cubase?

Maybe some of you know the good old 4channel AMIGA ProTracker ChipTunes? I found an old 4channel ProTracker tune composed by me in 1996 for a "intro-and-magazine-pack" by the group "syndrome" and something with issue 22 (as i remember right!?) - it was a party release!

They liked my tune and added it to their party production! The Original ChipTune has only 4 channels, is only 19.032 bytes and has a vocal sample included!

After reading this thread, i converted the original ChipTune 1:1 to MP3... you can listen to the tune here

- Note: The original is 4channel, only 19.032 bytes and the tune is complete looped!

Hm, I think you tink about another track. This is done only by me for sure. I showed you this preview track, thats right. Maybe you think about the SCL! Competitions Track for the MS / Breakpoint? I dont have this track anymore. :-/

no no
we started the tune together and i had the idea with the channel 2 (3 step) input... we stopped this one due fact of missing ideas... then you finished it some days later alone and showed me the "reworked" version! ^^

I still have the compo tune for MS... i will send you very soon... btw, i will create a complete and new website for our group very soon, having some more time instead working 9+ hours/day @ 6 of 7 days / week ;)
