The free license was removed after halloween, ie after october 31st. But I think people who signed up on the 31st will get their license, might take some time though.

Got mine the same day I posted my deatails.

Brice Manuel, I also got an email originally advising me that the delay may be 5 days or greater due to the number of requests they got hit byt. Over 14,000 I think so just wait a while and it still might happen.
