tooltip for toolbars

Every ToolBarStandardButton(....) returns 1 instead of a different # or better a handle.
(the same with Danilo's Toolbar lib...)
Is this a windows feature?
I'm able to attach a tooltip to the toolbar (and it appears with my text) because there is a handle but not for a toolbar control like button etc. That's bad!
Fred can you change this?

Adding ToolTip to a toolbar is hard because buttons are not gadgets. They don't have an handle... You must find another way..

Sorry, but I don't know what you mean.
Didn't upload any files to you recently. The only file was the one with the templates. Can't find a file with the name AddItemToSysMenu... or is this a function?
Maybe somebody used any template of mine, added some stuff and didn't change the header comment.

The only file I have is one called AddSysMenu.pb and I was trying to add Items to the System Menu of an application. It workes fine but I didn't send it to you yet.
If you want I can finalize it for upload.
Anyway as you already mentioned you have a file with a similar name look at the system menu of the application maybe anybody did the same work.
But if you want I can take a look at this file if you send it to me...
I'm quite sure that I didn't send a file to you, am I...
