"implementing" interfaces and making a "conte

i would like to know whether it is possible to "implement" interfaces like u can in c++, more specifically, i would like to make a contextmenuhandler to use on a shortcut thing in the start menu (to see wat i mean, see this topic: viewtopic.php?t=16983 (see jb's post))

any ideas?
