Confirmation email not sent

Hello, my friend has been trying to register at these forums, but the confirmation email is not being sent.

I'm not getting any mail notifications when a thread is replied to either, even though I select that when I post a message

Is there a problem with the mail function?

mail but i don't see anything wrong on the server. was the mail notify working before (let's say one month ago ?).

Email Notification of new topic replies has worked fine until last Sunday. Then they stopped coming.

Yeah, that sounds about right to me.

Fred, do you have access directly to the server? (server side, not client side)
