If you jump to the next Marker, the line is positioned as the very first line in the IDE window.
The same with the error marked line when compiling.
I think it would be better to have these lines in the middle of the window.

I agree. The middle is better because it's important to see above the line
that is currently marked, highlighted, cursored after source loading, etc.
