a C function in PB ?

I'm searching to use the function fread in Purebasic, is it possible ?

I never coded in c but it would be possible if you code a DLL library in C which wraps this function and call this function from your PB source.
Caution: Check if it is legal to build a wrapper function in a DLL in C!

Hi, i dont know where to find information to use this dll: crtdll.dll, but its the microsoft c runtime library, and it exists on all windows systems, i dont know the licence of use that have this library, but i think that i could help you if you find some information about it.
