License question

All components, libraries, and binaries are copyrighted by Fantaisie Software and can't be used in any form (static libraries, DLL and more) in another programming langage, except for PureBasic owners. This includes the simple DLL or static library wrapping of PureBasic commandset.
That's a quote from the help file.
Does that mean that I cannot write a DLL file (known as a plugin in MMB) for Multimedia Builder or Visual DialogScript? MMB is more a multimedia creation software and VDS is a development software.

Or does it just mean that I can't use any of the files from the PB package in other programs?

With that statement its especially meant, that you shouldn't build simple wrapper libs/dlls (contain only the PB command set, without any own coding work from you) for releasing and using in other programming languages, except for your own projects.

If you're coding plugins or similar as dll for using in other (multimedia or anything else) programs, it should be no problem. :D

Great. That's a big relief.
Thanks for the reply Andre :)
