Hello fellow PB users! I am currently working on a turn-based 2D space fighter where 2 players go at it with a fleet of space fighters. I'm working on making some maps right now. If you wish to make some maps for me, or you can test my map maker for any bugs, it would help me alot. you can download it here, it is only 232kb:

Thank all who help. Please E-mail me your maps/questions/comments/bugs at:

If you need some effects, or smt just post, I'll figure something, or anybody here. In other way if you need objects, I am good with max.
If you turn this project in PureBasic users project I think that we all must participate in it. And make some cool game to show what PB can do in realtions with other programs.

Well, if someone wants to make me a new tile look I would appriciate it, Also, is anyone REALLY good with networking/internet games? I was thinking of making this game where people can play on the internet but I have NO knowlegde of how to make games work over the internet.
I have J. Baker helping me out with some of the sprites. (Thank god for J. Baker.)
EDIT:
If you need some effects, or smt just post

Paul had made a chat program a while back that would help on making this an internet game. The source can be found on his site. His program though, connects to the same ip/web address. It would be a good idea to be able to type in the ip address unless you host your own site like paul does.
There is one work-around to this though if you don't host your own site on your comp. Post a notepad containing the ip address to your website each time it changes and when someone opens the games, it downloads this notepad and reads the ip and connects. I am asumming PB is able to read from a notepad or something in this manner, never tried it?

hmm... there seems to be a bug.
Line 77:OpenRichEdit() is not a function, array or linked list.

Great, thanks, also what part of that code (what command) would I have to change to set it to my web IP?
I have one, (
http://www.1matthew.com/) but I do not know the IP for it, how would I find that out?
Thanks,
Driak Travo
P. S. Thank GOD for J. Baker!
EDIT: Ahh ok so it is OpenNetworkConnection() ehh? Awsome, I think I am starting to get the hang of this network thing... I hope

Well, you would have to host the server on your computer. Since you can't upload an exe and run it from webhost, asumming you pay for webhosting and don't host from your own computer.
