*Avi cutscene

Hi again,
Just about to make a *avi format video cut scene and am using adobe premiere 6.0 and Photoshop 7. I need an effect that will make it appear that the viewer is flying through diffused clouds (much like Reeves does at the beginning of the second matrix movie, if you've seen it) that the camera passes through.
Any tips for creating this effect and transferring it over to premiere at a high quality?
