Found a good free C development kit

Hi all and a happy new year!
While searching the net I found, by mistake, what seems to be a very good c development kit for pc (and pocketpc). It is called Pelles C.
From what I understand it is based on LCC, but free for any kind of use, including commercial. I have checked this with the author Pelle Orinius and he comfirms it.
If you ever need to do anything in c, check it out. Then again, since we have PB, we don't need a lot of c.
