With the release of PureBasic 3.90, be sure to visit the PureVision website and update all your add-on libraries. This latest release of PureBasic breaks compatability with code prior to this version.
If you are trying to compile with 3.90 and are receiving all sorts of strange errors, you are using older libraries.

Found a bug!
The height of a forum can be no smaller then 16 pixels (including the titlebar), and the width of the forum, if sized to smaller then 107 it will snap to 107 and will not go lower.. this is desperately needed.....
Are these bugs are is PV designed this way?
I would email you but my domain (which holds my email account) is down due to the current datacenter's inability to do simple functions. grrr.

That is not a bug, it's a Windows limitation
Try grabbing the corner of your IE and making it as small as you can. You can only go so far. Now if you use Skinned Windows you can go as small as 1x1 pixel if you want, because you are removing the App Icons/Min/Max/Close Buttons and all Borders.
By the way, you can "Private Message" people here in the Forum and it works the same as sending regular email.

Thanks for the info.

I just found that odd since VB and VC does not have that limitation.. maybe they do some sort of auto-skinning. *shrugs*
Anyways, thanks again

(This reply is off-topic, but relevant to the quote above):
You can use
Free SMTP Server which means your mail software will
use your own PC to send mail, and not your ISP's SMTP server. This
gives you two benefits: you can
always send mail (and don't need to
rely on your ISP); and your ISP never sees the mail you send, so it's
therefore both more private and secure when you send mail. I've been
using it for about two weeks now with Outlook with no problems. Here:
http://www.softstack.com/freesmtp.html
The only downside is you can't minimize the app's window, but a quick
app with the
FindWindow and
ShowWindow APIs puts paid to that.

Or, you could just get the paid version of the app and use that instead.
