Hi,
I purchased a long time ago PureBasic 2.90, I did use PB up to V 4.x....
Is there any chance to download a 3.9x or 4.x version for Linux (I´m using a VM that fits the needs....)
I would need this to recreate my app from source and find out why code does not compile with PB V6.x
At the moment I try to modernize my app with Qwen3-Coder-Next, which works suprisingly good....
Older versions of PureBasic
Re: Older versions of PureBasic
To download older versions of PureBasic, log in to your account on the official website (https://www.purebasic.com), go to the download section or secured area, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click the "Museum" link. This gives access to the full archive of previous releases.

First post and you mention another coding product. Looks like spam to me.mbender wrote: Mon Mar 02, 2026 12:34 pmAt the moment I try to modernize my app with Qwen3-Coder-Next, which works suprisingly good
Re: Older versions of PureBasic
No, I'm not spamming, for the context, I tranformed my old code with AI (the Model I'm using is Qwen3-Coder-Next with local server Llama.cpp) on my local hardware. And yes, that AI can code in PureBasic, which is crazy to me
Sorry for the missunderstanding
I already got my code running in modern PureBasic, my code was very old, last succesful compiling was in 2005...
And I'm new here, because my old registration in this forum I can't use, my login password is forgotten and the email I used in that time is not longer existant...

Re: Older versions of PureBasic
I apologize then, mbender. We get a lot of spam here and it's usually posting to other languages.
