IDE 640 crash at compilation

The pb640 ide crashes at compilation without message, always, with all 630 and 640 compilators.
Except if i save or save as... a file before. Then it doesn't crash, with any files, until i close pb. When i reopen pb, it crashes at compilation, except etc...
I've tested a lot of options in preferences without any success.
IDE 630 never crashed even with 640 compilators.
I use Windows 10 64b.

Comfirmed. Save and then hit F5 works fine. No save = crash. Empty or not empty makes no difference.
6.30 works fine. Only 6.40 Alpha en Beta1 has this problem on my side.

No crash here. Windows, Linux, macOS
Delete purebasic.prefs or all under user app data. C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Roaming\PureBasic
Don't forget save files before
Check virus scanner exceptions

I did it without success.
I suspect a soft.
I've got Git, Github desktop and tortoise Git on my computer.
I don't want to uninstall them because it's too complicated to get them working again after reinstalling.
But perhaps someone else has also installed one of these programs and is experiencing the same problem.
These programs constantly monitor hard drive usage and the creation of new files. Do they use a hook that's causing the problem?

Nope, it's not Github desktop or tortoise. PB 6.4 is still alpha or call it beta if you want.
BTW: you can disable/enable tortoise shell extension with Sysinternals
