inspecting HTTP traffic

Good morning/evening

I want to :

capture network packets
filter/drop network packets
sniff network packets
(re)inject network packets
modify network packets

I know WinDivert can do all of that but I can't find any working link for the purebasic wrapper ?

Can anyone help me ?

Whenever I try to run code, I get this error :

"l'application n'a pas réussi à démarrer correctement (0xc000007b). Cliquez sur ok pour fermer l'application"

Did you use the right dll ? (x86 / x64)
