Hello at all

Since a long time, i don't know why, in the PB IDE the underlining of the keyword have disapear suddently
The hightlighning works if i select a word, all the same words be highligted
But when i select "if" now "Endif" or "Else" are not underlined
I probably put my fingers where they shouldn't have again, but I miss that feature terribly.

If someone know what the thing i have touched

Hi, go to preferences-->editor-->editing and enable all options

It's really very strange. The option you need is the one shown above. Try running PureBasic as administrator, deselect all the options, save, close the program, and then repeat the process (again as administrator) to re-enable all the options.

Thanks to you, now i know where is the option

So, i have searching and found the line in
Purebasic.pref => EnableKeywordMatch

That works, when i uncheck or check, this line change
EnableKeywordMatch = 0
EnableKeywordMatch = 1

It's surely because i run my PB with command options
Tomorrow i search why PB not read the good pref

Finally after numerous research and tests, like promises, today i comparing all *.prefs" files, i have found the problem
At my mind it's surely a personal behavior of my PB, but i'm not sure

If i modify the font in preference panel of natif "Consolas" to "Courier" the underlining disapear
It's the "EditorFontName" parameter in file pref who is modified
And if i choose at new "Consolas" all is good

Never i can thought it's here the problem
Perhaps my courier police is corupted ???

Please is someone can do this seting for say to me if it's the same behavior
If yes it's PB the problem..if not it's again a specific KCC problem, never like the others

The underline feature may not work depending on the specific font or size.
This issue is likely related to this bug.
Changing the font size in the IDE using Ctrl + mouse wheel up/down may resolve the issue.

Same here, if you choose "Courier", the keywords are not underlined
But it works with "Courier New"

By the way, why using such an awful font ??

Incredible this bug never we can thinking there is a relation between a font and a PB option
Well, that's reassuring; I just wasted another day for nothing.
This function is really important for not be lost in code,
I managed without it for two years, but this time I decided I'd had enough.
Furthermore, I don't know what I've broken now, but even my police courier is in light mode now, impossible to have a normal version in PB
Sometimes, you'd be better off staying in bed than touching your computer...the problem with KCC is that it's every day

In fact, i don't know
It's not KCC who manage the computer, but the computer of KCC who often do what it want, and KCC do what he can (in fact, to much often nothing ) for follow his machine



I remember a day, i believe it's for a problem of UNICODE (Again him ), i have modified this parameter, and apparently i stay like that, like an idiot,



and not see i have lost my underlining
But this time, with this project of include, etc ...with numerous line of code, i say to me :
