In "compiler options", some options are in English and others in French (I am French; just like the installer).

You have to change the "
http:" to "http
s:" in that URL and the image will load...

The compiler shown is a pb30b3 are you sure that you are using the pb630b4 ?
All the translations are already done in the github.
My french version of pb630b4 is ok.
