Menu icons cropped with 6.21 but not 6.10

Menu icons get cropped by 1 pixel on the right and bottom sides with 6.21 but not 6.10, if you use #MFT_MENUBARBREAK with them.

This tiny problem is stopping me from leaving 6.10 now.
It started when the menu system got updated recently.
