Any designer to produce .xml dialog code?

Both SpiderBasic and PureBasic could deserve a dialog library ready .xml output.
Is there any third party solution for this?

@Hex0r: just did a quick search (even re-downloaded it!) and couldn't find any trace of your amazing b33rw@r3 license

How should I provide that more "visible"?
Annoying users with a popup whenever they open DD?
In the end, it's nothing but a license note, nothing fancy, although pretty cool, I know
