Doesn't it already, via Raspi?

Linux for Raspberry works on any Debian Base linux distribution. Like Ubuntu for ARM on macOS (M1/M2) as VM with Parallels.

Arch Linux ARM
Linux Mint Debian Edition
Armbian
Manjaro ARM
OpenSUSE LEAP.
And other distributions!?
They will launch Purebasic for Raspberry?

As a rule, yes,
PureBasic for Raspberry only says that PureBasic for ARM has been compiled and tested with Raspberry.
The same goes for PureBasic for Ubuntu. Here I don't use Ubuntu but Mint Linux LMDE 6 (Debian Based)
With some distributions you have to see how the developer libraries are installed...
