Please Help!

Hello everyone,
Please read this - I hope someone reading this and involved with PB will help on the problem I have.
I have recently (about one month ago) discovered PureBasic (Professional Edition) into the software section of a local software store. Bought it right away and went back home to try it. After install, i was unhappy to see that the version was older - 3.10 built in 2002.
Anyway - I went to the PB site and it saw that I should be eligible to upgrade to the most recent version 3.80. I downloaded it and tried to run. At that point it said to me that I do not have the Datakey file so i should request it to support@purebasic.com. Which i did right away - sent an email to support@purebasic.com and requested my datakey.
Well, the main problem is that I received no answer whatsoever to that email, and long time passed since then. I could have emailed the other addresses (coders and such) but I did not, as i think they may be busy coding rather than answering to me on a matter that isn't a coding problem; so i did not know what to do next.
Please advise and comment... Am I or not, eligible to upgrade on a product i paid for, as stated on the website? If so, how can i get my datakey? For more information, the PB CD i have is manufactured in Netherlands and has the labels of Fantaisie Software, Master Creating and Xing Interactive which seems to be the reseller. I hope someone from PB reads this and solves my problem. Thanks anyway for reading this - looking forward to reading all your comments...
