PureBasic 6.20 LTS
I have an example image showing that in the procedures tab on the right side of the IDE isn't not showing all procedures with the same color.

Hi Distorted Pixel ,
There are procedures in black but also comments in light blue (eg ;- Top). By default, they use the same color as defined for the IDE
It looks good to me
