which compiler?

Is there anything inside the exe file to indicate which PB compiler was used to create it?

Depends on what you mean by "which compiler made it". The actual compiler version I don't think is included, but there are #PB_Compiler_Backend, #PB_Backend_C and #PB_Backend_Asm.
