Why does PureBasic take so long to say ‘Welcome aboard’ and when you run a program, the message is ‘The compiler is not yet ready... Please try again’?

I install PB in the folder C:\WinAPP\PureBasic-v6xx
The WinAPP folder is added to the exceptions of the virus scanners.

I know that there is no perfect protector. But I always have a virus scanner running under Windows which is also in the browser.
